I thought it was about time I did a little life update. I do like to write a chatty post now and again and now seemed like the right time seeing as things are actually going quite well for me at the moment.
I have been living alone for almost a couple of months now and I love it! Don't get me wrong it's hard work and I'm not doing great at keeping up with the housework but it's worth it.
I've decided to keep the house on by myself for now. I was so determined to sell it but it makes sense to stay put for now. My parents have helped to make the place a little more homely for me, the picture above is one of the new things, and I don't hate it anymore! Yey!
My anxiety is lower than it has been in a long time almost non-existant, which is amazing! I generally feel so much calmer and less stressed out these days. I mean I still have off days of course they are just getting fewer and fewer.
I've even started to exercise, nothing major of course but I will build it up over time. I'm even, dare I say it, enjoying it. Here's the thing about me, when I do exercise, I genuinely enjoy it and feel great afterwards...it's just motivating myself in the first place that is the problem.
I'm genuinely happy just now, not gonna lie though, there are days where I get a bit lonely and feel like there is something missing. I need to get out and make some friends so that I am not on my own all the time. I'm not in a hurry to move on relationship wise but it's time to start meeting some new people and making new friends.
Seriously though my reputation as a 'crazy cat lady' is growing on a daily basis! It's getting a little ridiculous now. As much as I love them, I'm too young to be the crazy cat lady!!
2016 is off to a good start, now I just need to make sure it gets better and better :)
