Diet Week 3

Ok I am going to be completely honest and say this week has been a total disaster and I have not stuck to my diet. I have had some ok days and some completely disastrous days. I am feeling so guilty! But I have had my naughty week now it is time to get back to business. I have started today the right way with a yummy strawberry shake. I'm going to plan out my meals for the week and make sure I have everything I need so there is no excuse for messing up again.

Here goes then the results this week are.....miraculously I have managed to stay exactly the same! I really thought I might have put on a pound or 2 but I have been lucky.


I have been using the fact I am so tired as an excuse for eating so badly but I think I just wasn't getting all the nutrients and things I need so I have also invested in some multi vitamins. The soft and chewy ones that are like sweets. Hopefully they will help a little as I picked the ones that are supposed to help with energy and things :-)

That's it for this week here are some updated photos, not really any change yet but I will get there.
